How to View and Manage an Order Overview When you receive an order, you can open it to see the full details — what was ordered, the customer's information, payment, and the current order timeline. From this page you can also mark the order as ready, cancel it, or print the receipt. How to Open an Order Go to Orders in the left sidebar. How to Export Orders as CSV Overview You can download your order history as a CSV (spreadsheet) file at any time. This is useful for keeping records, doing accounting, or analysing your sales data in a tool like Excel or Google Sheets. How to Export Go to Orders in the left sidebar.
