How to Open an Order

  1. Go to Orders in the left sidebar.
  2. Find the order you want to view and click the eye icon in the Actions column, or click anywhere on the order row.

Edit Preparation Time

On the Orders list page, click the three-dot menu ( ⋮ ) next to an order to edit the estimated preparation time. Choose from preset options (10, 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes) or enter a custom time. The customer's estimated ready time will update automatically.
