How to Manage Restaurant Service Types

How to Access

Go to:

Settings → Restaurant Profile → Service Types

Available Service Types

1. Delivery

Enable Delivery if customers can order food and have it delivered to their door.

Description:

Customers can order food delivered to their door.

2. Pickup

Enable Pickup if customers can place an order online and collect it from the restaurant outlet.

Description:

Customers pick up orders from the outlet.

3. Restaurant Dining

Enable Restaurant Dining if customers can place orders for dining at the restaurant.

Description:

Customers eat at the restaurant.

4. Table Reservation

Enable Table Reservation if customers can reserve a table for a future date.

Description:

Customers reserve a table for a future date.

5. Catering

Enable Catering if your restaurant accepts bulk catering enquiries for events.

Description:

Take bulk catering enquiries for events.

Enable or Disable a Service

Each service has a toggle switch:

• Green/ON — The service is enabled and available to customers.
• OFF — The service is disabled and unavailable to customers.

You can enable multiple service types at the same time based on the services your restaurant provides.

Save Changes

After selecting the required service types:

1. Review your service settings.
2. Click Save Changes.
3. Your updated service settings will be saved.
