How to Manage Restaurant Legal Information

The Legal section allows restaurant owners to save their business and legal information for their records.

This information is for your reference only and is not used anywhere in the system. It is also not shown to customers.

How to Access Legal Information

Go to Settings from the left-side menu.
Open Restaurant Profile.
Select the Legal tab.

Available Information

1. Legal Business Name

Enter the official legal name of your business.

2. Legal Phone

Enter the phone number associated with your business.

3. Tax Number

Enter your applicable tax identification number, such as:

GST
VAT
ABN
Other applicable tax numbers

4. Food Licence Number

Enter your food licence or food-safety registration number, if applicable.

Registered Address

You can also save your business's registered address:

Address Line 1
Address Line 2
Country
State
City
Zipcode / Postal Code

5. Business Type

Select the appropriate Business Type for your restaurant or business.

Save Your Information

After entering the required information, click Save Legal Info to save your details.

Important: The information entered in the Legal section is only for your information and record-keeping. It is not used by the system for any functionality, calculations, or customer-facing features, and it is not shown to customers.
