How to Manage Your Restaurant Profile
The Restaurant Profile section allows restaurant owners to manage important information about their restaurant, including basic details, service types, address, opening hours, locale settings, and legal information.
You can access these settings from:
Settings → Restaurant Profile
The Restaurant Profile contains the following sections:
- Basic Information
- Service Types
- Address
- Opening Hours
- Locale
- Legal
1. Basic Information
The Basic Information section allows you to add and manage your restaurant's general information.
Restaurant Name
Enter the name of your restaurant.
For example:
Jade & Ember
Tagline / Description
Add a short description or tagline that represents your restaurant.
For example:
Where Tradition Meets Fire
Cuisine Types
Select the cuisine types that best describe your restaurant.
You can select multiple cuisine types.
You can also use the custom name option to add a cuisine type that is not available in the list.
For example:
- Chinese
- Chinese Food
- Custom cuisine name
Support Phone
Enter the phone number customers can use to contact your restaurant.
Support Email
Enter the restaurant's support email address.
Website
Add your restaurant's website URL if you have one.
Save Changes
After updating the information, click Save Changes to save your Basic Information.
2. Service Types
The Service Types section allows you to choose how customers can order from your restaurant.
You can enable or disable each available service using the toggle.
Delivery
Allows customers to order food and have it delivered to their location.
Pickup
Allows customers to place an order and collect it from your restaurant.
Restaurant Dining
Allows customers to order while dining at the restaurant.
Table Reservation
Allows customers to reserve a table for a future date.
Catering
Allows customers to submit bulk catering enquiries for events.
Save Changes
After selecting the required services, click Save Changes.
3. Address
The Address section allows you to manage your restaurant's location and address information.
The address is pulled from your primary outlet. Detailed outlet information can be managed under Outlets.
Search Address
Use the search field to find your restaurant's location.
You can also adjust the location by moving the pin on the map.
Street Address
Enter the main street address of your restaurant.
Address Line 2
Use this field for additional address information, such as an apartment, building, area, or locality.
Country
Select your restaurant's country.
State
Enter or select the state where your restaurant is located.
City
Enter your restaurant's city.
Postal Code
Enter the postal or ZIP code for your restaurant location.
Save Changes
Click Save Changes after updating your address.
4. Opening Hours
The Opening Hours section allows you to configure your restaurant's operating hours for each day of the week.
You can manage:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
Open / Closed
Use the toggle to specify whether your restaurant is open on a particular day.
Opening and Closing Time
Select the start and end time for each day.
For example:
Monday: 10:00 → 22:00
24 Hours
If your restaurant operates all day, enable the 24 Hours option.
Add Multiple Time Slots
Use + Add slot if your restaurant has more than one operating period during the same day.
For example:
- 10:00 → 14:00
- 17:00 → 22:00
Save Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your opening-hour settings.
5. Locale
The Locale section allows you to configure regional settings for your restaurant.
You can manage:
Currency
Select the currency used by your restaurant.
For example:
INR — Indian Rupee (₹)
Date Format
Choose how dates should be displayed.
For example:
MM-DD-YY
Timezone
Select the timezone in which your restaurant operates.
For example:
Asia/Calcutta
Decimal Places
Choose how many decimal places should be displayed for prices.
For example:
2 — ₹23.00
Primary Language
Select the default language for your dashboard and storefront.
For example:
English
Save Changes
Click Save Changes after updating your locale settings.
6. Legal Information
The Legal section allows you to store your restaurant's legal and business information for your own records.
This information is for your information only.
It is not used anywhere in the system and is not shown to customers.
Legal Business Name
Enter your official legal business name.
Legal Phone
Enter the phone number associated with your business.
Tax Number
Enter your applicable tax identification number, such as:
- GST
- VAT
- ABN
- Other applicable tax numbers
Food Licence Number
Enter your food licence or food-safety registration number, if applicable.
Registered Address
You can save your registered business address, including:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- Country
- State
- City
- Zipcode / Postal Code
Business Type
Select the appropriate business type for your restaurant.
Save Legal Info
Click Save Legal Info to save your legal information.
