How to Create a Meal Bundle

A Meal Bundle allows you to create a fixed-price combination of menu items and let customers choose items from different groups.

For example, you can create a Chinese MiniBox with one Rice and one Noodles for a fixed price.

Step 1: Open Meal Bundles

  1. Go to Promotions from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Meal Bundles.
  3. Click + Create Meal Bundle.
  4. Select Meal Bundle from the offer types.

Step 2: Add Bundle Details

Enter the basic details of your bundle:

  • Bundle Name — Name customers will see.
  • Description — Short description of the bundle.
  • Bundle Price — Fixed price customers pay for the bundle.
  • Extra Charges — Choose whether to charge extra for add-ons and sizes.

Example:

Bundle Name: Chinese MiniBox
Description: Rice & Noodles
Bundle Price: ₹400

Step 3: Create Bundle Groups

Bundle groups define which items customers can choose.

Click + Add Group and enter:

  • Group Label — For example, Rice or Noodles.
  • Quantity — Number of items the customer can choose from that group.
  • Eligible Items — Select the menu items available in that group.

Example

Group 1 — Rice

Quantity: 1
Customers choose 1 Rice from the selected rice items.

Group 2 — Noodles

Quantity: 1
Customers choose 1 Noodles from the selected noodle items.

This creates a bundle containing:

1 Rice + 1 Noodles

Step 4: Select Eligible Items

Under each group, select the menu items customers can choose from.

You can search for items and select the required products.

For example, under Noodles, you could select:

  • Hakka Noodles
  • Schezwan Noodles
  • Singapore Noodles

Customers will be able to choose from the items included in that group.

Step 5: Select Service Types

Choose where the bundle should be available.

You can enable:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup
  • Dine-in

Select the required service types for your bundle.

Step 6: Set Schedule Availability

Under Schedule Availability, you can choose when the bundle is available.

You can set specific days and times if required.

For example:

Every day, all day

or configure a specific schedule for the bundle.

Step 7: Set Availability Window

Use Availability Window to set the dates during which the bundle can be purchased.

You can enter:

  • Valid From
  • Valid Until
  • Minimum Order Value — Optional

Example:

Valid From: 07/10/2026
Valid Until: 30/10/2026

The bundle will be available only during this period.

Step 8: Choose Payment Methods

Under Payment Methods, select which payment methods customers can use for the bundle.

Available options may include:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Wallet
  • Online

If no specific method is selected, all available payment methods can be allowed.

Step 9: Add a Bundle Image

You can upload a custom image for your meal bundle.

The image will be displayed to customers on your storefront.

Recommended: Use a 16:9 JPG or PNG image.

Step 10: Review and Create

Before creating the bundle, review:

  • Bundle name and description
  • Bundle price
  • Bundle groups
  • Quantity for each group
  • Eligible items
  • Service types
  • Schedule
  • Availability dates
