How to Troubleshoot Catering Enquiries Not Appearing in the Dashboard

Overview

If a catering enquiry is not visible in the Ressto Admin Dashboard, use the available search and status filters to check whether the enquiry is hidden by the current view.

Where to Find It

Navigate to Ressto Admin Dashboard → Catering.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check the Status Filter

The Catering dashboard includes these tabs:

  • All
  • New
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Select All to view enquiries across all available statuses.

2. Clear the Search Field

  1. Locate the search field with the placeholder “Search name, email, phone...”.
  2. Remove the existing search text.
  3. Review the list again.

A search term may be limiting the enquiries displayed.

3. Search Using Customer Details

If the enquiry is still missing, search using the customer's name, email address, or phone number.
Check that the entered information matches the details submitted with the enquiry.

4. Review the Enquiry List

The dashboard displays the following information for each enquiry:

  • Customer
  • Event Date
  • Headcount
  • Type
  • Status
  • Received

Use these columns to identify the relevant enquiry.

5. Open the Enquiry Details

If the enquiry appears in the list, click the eye icon at the end of its row to open the details panel and review the submitted information.

If the Enquiry Is Still Missing

If the enquiry does not appear after checking the status filters and search field, contact Ressto support or your internal technical team for further investigation.

Provide the available enquiry details, such as the customer's name, contact information, event date, and approximate submission time.

Quick Checklist

  • Selected the All status tab.
  • Cleared the search field.
  • Searched using the customer's name, email, or phone number.
  • Reviewed the enquiry list.
  • Contacted support if the enquiry remains missing.
