How to Configure Multiple Pickup Time Slots

For example, you can set one pickup period for lunch and another for dinner.

Settings → Takeaway → Pickup Hours

Steps

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Takeaway.
3. Open Pickup Hours.
4. Enable Set different operating hours for Pickup service.
5. Select the required day.
6. Set the first Opening Time and Closing Time.
7. Click + Add slot to create another pickup period.
8. Set the opening and closing time for the additional slot.
9. Repeat this for any other days that need multiple pickup periods.
10. Save your changes.

Example

Suppose your restaurant accepts pickup orders:

• Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Dinner: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

You can configure two pickup slots for the same day:

Slot 1: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Slot 2: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Customers will be able to place pickup orders according to the configured pickup availability.

Important Note

Use multiple pickup slots when your pickup service has a break during the day or operates during different time periods.
