How to Configure Loyalty Reward Tiers

Overview

The Reward tiers option allows restaurant owners to offer free items to customers when they reach specified loyalty point levels. Customers can choose an available reward when they unlock the required point level.

This is an alternative to using points as a monetary discount at checkout.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to your restaurant dashboard.
2. Navigate to Grow → Loyalty.
3. Open the Setup tab.
4. Locate the Redeem Criteria section.

How to Configure Reward Tiers

1. Open the Reward tiers option under Redeem Criteria.
2. Review the reward configuration fields displayed on the screen.
3. Set the required point level for each reward, according to the available settings.
4. Configure the free item or reward associated with each point level using the options provided.
5. Review the configuration to ensure the required points and rewards are correct.
6. Click Save Changes to save your loyalty program settings.

How Customers Use Reward Tiers

When customers accumulate enough loyalty points to unlock an available reward, they can select a reward according to the configured requirements.

The available rewards and the points required to unlock them depend on your configuration.
