How Delivery Fees and Minimum Order Values Work
How Delivery Fees and Minimum Order Values Work
Where to Find It
Settings → Delivery → Delivery Zone → Edit zone

1. Understanding Delivery Fees
Under Delivery charges, select how you want to calculate delivery fees.
- Flat fee for all orders: Charge the same delivery fee for every eligible order in the zone.
- Delivery Distance (Km): Set different fees according to delivery distance.
- Order Value (₹): Set different fees according to the customer's order value.

2. Understanding Minimum Order Value

The Minimum order value (₹) field defines the minimum cart amount required for delivery in that zone.
For example, if the minimum order value is ₹199, customers must meet that amount to qualify for delivery.
3. Example
Suppose your delivery zone has these settings:
- Minimum order value: ₹199
- Flat delivery fee: ₹50
Customer's order | Delivery fee | Eligibility |
|---|---|---|
₹150 | ₹50 | Below the minimum order value |
₹199 | ₹50 | Meets the minimum order value |
₹500 | ₹50 | Meets the minimum order value |
4. How to Update These Settings
- Go to Settings → Delivery.
- Open Delivery Zone.
- Click Edit zone for the required zone.
- Update Minimum order value (₹).
- Under Delivery charges, select your preferred calculation method and configure the fee.
- Click Save changes.
Important Notes
- Each delivery zone can have its own minimum order value and delivery charges.
