One Link, 13 Ways to Get Orders: How Ressto Publishing Works
The moment you set up Ressto, your restaurant gets its own ordering link. It looks like this:
https://order.ressto.co/your-restaurant-name
Everything else in Ressto, such as QR codes, your website, social media buttons, a kiosk, and your own app, is built on top of this one link. You do not have to set anything up from scratch each time. You choose where you want customers to find you.
Because every order comes straight to you, you keep 100% of the revenue. There is 0% commission, unlike delivery apps that take 20 to 30% of each order.
Where to find it
Log in to your Ressto dashboard and click Publishing in the left menu, under the Grow section. At the top, you will see your ordering link with three handy buttons:
- View store shows you what your customers see.
- Get QR code gives you a printable code that opens your store.
- Share lets you send your link by message, email, or social media.

Below that, Ressto lists 13 ways customers can order from you, grouped into five easy categories. You can use as many as you like.
1. Online: for customers ordering from home or on the go (3 options)
Sales Optimised Website. A ready-made restaurant website that can take orders and table bookings. You can change the colours, content, and layout using the built-in Website Editor, with no developer needed. This option is included in the Growth plan.
Legacy Website button. Already have a website? You do not need to replace it. Copy a small piece of button code and paste it into your site to add an "Order Now" button. It works with WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, plain HTML, and more.
Social Media links. Add your ordering link to Instagram, Facebook or your Google Business profile. Your followers can then order directly, instead of messaging you or going through a delivery app.

2. In your restaurant: for guests who are already with you (3 options)
QR Code ordering. Download your QR code and place it on tables, at the entrance, on takeaway bags, or on printed menus. Guests scan it and order from their own phone.
Digital Menu QR code. A view-only version of your menu. Guests can browse your categories, items, and prices, but cannot order. This is useful for window displays, waiting areas, and printed menus.
Kiosk link. A self-ordering screen for your counter. Open the link in full screen on an iPad or Android tablet, and customers can place their own orders.

3. Staff and kitchen: for the people running service (3 options)
Order-taking app. Your team can take dine-in, takeaway, and phone orders from any phone or tablet (iOS and Android). It is a great fit for busy counters.
Kitchen Display (KDS). New orders appear on a kitchen screen such as an iPad, Smart TV, or Android device. Chefs tap to mark each order ready. No more lost paper tickets.
Customer Display (CDS). A screen that shows guests which orders are being prepared and which are ready for pickup, so nobody has to keep asking, "Is my order ready?"

4. Mobile app: for your regular customers (1 option)
Your own branded app. Get an iOS and Android app with your own logo, colours and name, published on the App Store and Google Play. Regular customers can reorder in a couple of taps, and you can send them push notifications about offers. There is no monthly fee for the app. It is included in the Scale plan.

5. Booking reservations: for filling your tables (3 options)
Just want reservations, with no ordering involved? Ressto has you covered.
Reservation link. A page where guests pick a date, time, and party size. Share it in your Instagram bio, on WhatsApp, or on Google Maps.
"Reserve a Table" button. Add a booking button to your existing website. It opens in a pop-up, so guests never leave your site.
Reservation QR code. Guests scan to book their next visit. Print it on receipts, flyers, or at the entrance.
