Connect Your Social Media to Online Ordering

Make it easier for customers to order from your restaurant by sharing your online ordering link across your social media platforms. With the Social Media feature, you can connect your restaurant’s online store to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile, helping customers discover your menu and order directly.

Where to Find It

Go to Dashboard → Publishing → Online → Social Media → Get Links.

Copy the link for your preferred platform, add it to the relevant profile or ordering button, and save your changes.

Key Benefits

Facebook: Add your ordering link to your page’s “Order Food” button.
Instagram: Share your ordering link in your bio or Stories.
Google Business Profile: Help customers find your online ordering option through Google Search and Maps.

You can also track which platforms bring visitors to your online store through Web traffic(Beta).
