Understanding and Managing Bookings
Overview
The Bookings page shows all table reservation requests submitted by customers through your storefront or your embedded booking widget. From here you can review booking details, confirm reservations, assign tables, and mark bookings as completed or no-shows.
How to Get There
In the left sidebar, click Bookings.

Booking Status Tabs
Use the tabs at the top to filter bookings by status:
- Pending — New booking requests waiting for your confirmation
- Upcoming — Confirmed bookings that haven't happened yet
- All — Every booking regardless of status
- Archive — Past or completed bookings
The Booking List
Each row in the booking list shows:
- Customer name and email address
- When — The date and time of the reservation
- Guests — Number of guests in the party
- Status — Current booking status (e.g. Confirmed, Completed)
Click the eye icon on any row to open the full booking details.

Viewing Booking Details
When you click on a booking, a details panel slides in from the right showing:
- Status — Current status (e.g. Confirmed)
- When — Date and time of the booking
- No. of Guests — Party size
- Email and Phone — Customer contact details
- Notes — Any special requests the customer submitted (e.g. Please book a table)
- Submitted — When the booking was made and through which channel (e.g. via storefront)
- Assign Table — Dropdown to assign a specific table from your configured tables list

Managing a Booking
From the booking detail panel, you can take the following actions:
- Mark Ready — Confirms the table is set and ready for the guests
- Mark Completed — Marks the booking as finished after the guests have left
- No-show — Marks the customer as a no-show if they did not arrive
Tip: To enable table reservations, make sure you have turned on the Table Reservation service type in Settings → Restaurant Profile → Service Types and configured your reservation settings in Settings → Table Reservation.
