Publishing Your Restaurant

Overview

The Publishing page is where you share your restaurant with the world. It gives you everything you need to get customers ordering — from your storefront link and social media sharing tools, to a QR code for in-restaurant ordering and an embeddable widget for your own website.

How to Get There

In the left sidebar, click Publishing.

Share your ordering link directly to your social media profiles so customers can order from Facebook, Instagram, or Google My Business.

Your ordering link is shown in the Your Ordering Link field (e.g. https://order.ressto.co/your-restaurant). Copy this link and paste it wherever you want customers to find you.

To share to a platform:

Click Facebook to share the link to your Facebook page
Click Copy link → next to Instagram or Google My Business and paste it into your profile bio or business listing

Smart Link

The Order Now Link is a direct link customers can click to go straight to your ordering page. Use it in:

Email newsletters
WhatsApp messages
Bio pages (e.g. Linktree)
Printed materials

Click Copy to copy the link, or click Open to preview your storefront.

Sales Optimised Website

Your restaurant comes with a fully built, conversion-optimised website — ready to take orders and table bookings. You can customise the colours, content, and layout using the Website Editor.

Click Open Website Editor to start customising.

Legacy Website (Embed on Your Own Website)

If you already have a website and want to add an Order Now button to it, use the embed script.

Click the Storefront or Table Reservation tab depending on what you want to embed.
Click the platform your website is built on: WordPress, Webflow, HTML, Squarespace, or Wix.
Copy the code snippet shown.
Paste it into the <body> section of your website. When a visitor clicks the Order Now button, your Ressto storefront will open in a modal overlay.

QR Code

Download your restaurant's unique QR code and place it anywhere — on tables, at the entrance, on takeaway bags, or in your printed menu. When customers scan it, they go straight to your ordering page.

Download options:

Download PNG — For digital use or printing
Download PDF — Print-ready format
Download SVG — Scalable vector for large-format printing

Tip: Print a QR code for each table in your restaurant using the Dine-in table QR codes from Settings → Dine-in → Tables. Each table gets its own unique code that opens the menu directly in dine-in mode for that table number.

Branded Mobile App

Get your own iOS and Android app — fully branded with your logo, colours, and restaurant name. Published to the App Store and Google Play under your brand. One-time setup, no monthly fee.

Features include:

Available on both iOS and Android
Push notifications for order updates and promotions
Fully branded with your logo, name, and colours
