# Understanding Plans: Basic, Growth, and Enterprise

## Overview

Ressto offers three plans to suit restaurants of different sizes. Every restaurant you add starts on the **Basic** plan for free. You can upgrade to **Growth** or **Enterprise** at any time as your business grows. Each restaurant on your account is billed separately.

## Basic Plan — Free Forever

The Basic plan is free with no time limit. It's ideal for restaurants that are just starting out on Ressto or want to explore the platform before committing.

**What you get:**

* Up to 100 orders and bookings per month
* Up to 100 active menu items
* Cash payment support

**Limitations to be aware of:**

* Online (card/digital) payments are not available
* You cannot use your own custom domain
* Your storefront will display Ressto branding
* Marketing email campaigns are not available

|| Note: Your monthly order count resets on a fixed date each month, shown on your restaurant card (e.g. Resets on 12 Jul).

## Ressto Growth Plan — $39/month

The Growth plan is designed for restaurants that are actively taking orders and want to grow their customer base. It removes all the limits of the Basic plan and adds powerful marketing and branding tools.

**What you get — everything in Basic, plus:**

* Unlimited orders and bookings
* Unlimited menu items
* Online payments (card, digital wallets, etc.)
* Your own custom domain
* Marketing email campaigns
* No Ressto branding on your storefront
* A sales-optimized website
* 
**Billing options:**

* **Monthly** — $39/month, cancel anytime
* **Annual** — $32.50/month, billed as $390/year (save 17%)

| Tip: Choosing the Annual plan saves you $78 per year per restaurant compared to monthly billing.

## Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

The Enterprise plan is built for restaurant groups managing more than 10 outlets. It includes everything in the Growth plan, plus dedicated account support, custom integrations, and a tailored onboarding experience.

## How to Upgrade Your Plan

1. Go to the **My Restaurants** page.
2. On the restaurant card you want to upgrade, click **Upgrade now**.
3. In the **Choose a plan** screen, select **Ressto Growth**.
4. Choose between **Monthly** or **Annual** billing.
5. Click **Subscribe to Growth** to complete your upgrade.

Your new plan activates instantly with no setup fees.
