## Managing Login Fields

The **Login fields** section controls which information is collected during signup.

### Email
Email is required for account-based login. The email field is enabled by default.

### Phone

* **Show** — Toggle on to display the phone input on the signup page.
* **Required** — Toggle on to make the phone number mandatory.

Use these settings to determine whether customers must provide a phone number when signing up.

## Configuring Guest Checkout Cart Fields

The **Guest checkout cart fields** section lets you control which contact information appears in the guest checkout cart.

Each supported field has the following settings:

* **Show** — Toggle on to display the field during guest checkout.
* **Required** — Toggle on to make the field mandatory.
* **Field label** — Customize the label displayed to customers.

### Name

Configure whether the name field appears in the guest checkout cart and whether customers must provide their name. You can also customize the displayed label.

### Email

Choose whether to display the email field and make it mandatory. You can customize the field label.

### Phone
Choose whether to display the phone field and make it mandatory. You can customize the field label.

|| Note: A field marked as required should also be displayed so customers can provide the requested information.

## Marketing Consent Checkbox

The **Marketing consent checkbox** allows customers to opt in to receiving marketing emails during guest checkout.

* Enable the checkbox to offer customers the option to consent to marketing communications.
* Ensure that a **Privacy Policy page** is configured to enable this feature.
* Customers who do not check the box are not emailed marketing communications.

This setting supports collecting customer consent before sending marketing emails.

## Autofill Guest Details

The **Autofill guest details** setting controls whether guest contact details are saved on the customer's own device and pre-filled the next time they order.

* **Enabled** — Previously entered guest details, such as name, phone number, and other contact information, are saved on the customer's device and pre-filled during a subsequent order.
* **Disabled** — Guest details are not automatically saved and pre-filled through this feature.

This option helps returning guests complete checkout more quickly.

## Saving Your Changes

After configuring the login mode, signup fields, guest checkout fields, marketing consent, and autofill settings:

1. Review the selected options.
2. Confirm that the required contact fields are displayed.
3. Click **Save changes** at the bottom of the page.

Your updated login and checkout settings will then be applied.

## Important Notes

* Choose the login mode that matches your restaurant's ordering requirements.
* Guest checkout fields apply to customers placing orders without signing in.
* The **Show** and **Required** toggles serve different purposes: one controls visibility, while the other controls whether the information must be provided.
* The marketing consent checkbox requires a configured Privacy Policy page.
* Test the customer-facing signup and checkout flow after saving your changes to ensure the settings behave as expected.
