# How to Use the Promotion Report

# How to Use the Promotion Report

|| The Promotion Report shows how your promotions are performing, including promo code usage, discounts given, and revenue generated during a selected period.

## How to Get There

1. Go to **Reports** from the left sidebar.
2. Select **Promotion Report**.

## Date Range

Use the date filter to select the period you want to analyze.

Available options:

* **Today**
* **Yesterday**
* **Last 7 Days**
* **Last 30 Days**
* **This Month**
* **Last Month**
* **Custom**

Select **Custom** to choose a specific date range.

## Promotion Details

The report displays the following information:

* **Code** — Name of the promo code or promotion.
* **Type** — Type of promotion.
* **Uses** — Number of times the promotion was used.
* **Discount** — Total discount given through the promotion.
* **Revenue** — Revenue generated from orders using the promotion.

This helps you understand which promotions are being used and how much revenue they generate.

## Total

At the bottom of the report, the **Total** row shows the combined values for the selected period.

It includes:

* **Total Uses**
* **Total Discount**
* **Total Revenue**

## Customize Columns

Click the **Columns** button next to the Export button to choose which information you want to display.

Available columns are:

* **Type**
* **Uses**
* **Discount**
* **Revenue**

You can select or deselect columns according to your requirements.

Click **Reset to default** to restore the default column selection.

## Export Promotion Report

Click the **Export** button to choose an export format.

Available formats are:

* **CSV**
* **Excel (Only Microsoft Excel)**
* **PDF**

Select your preferred format to download the Promotion Report.

## Example

If you want to check promotion performance for the **last 7 days**:

1. Go to **Reports → Promotion Report**.
2. Select **Last 7 Days**.
3. Review the **Code, Type, Uses, Discount, and Revenue**.
4. Use the **Columns** button to customize the information shown.
5. Click **Export**.
6. Select **CSV, Excel, or PDF**.

| This helps you easily track promotion usage, discounts given, and revenue generated from your promotions.
