# How to Set Up the Table Reservation Widget on Your Website

# How to Set Up the Table Reservation Widget on Your Website

## Overview

The **Widget** section allows restaurant owners to add table reservation functionality to their website. Depending on the options available in your dashboard, you can use a direct booking link, an embed script, or custom button code.

This lets visitors access your table reservation form from your website.

## Where to Find It

Go to **Settings → Table Reservation → Widget**.

## Available Integration Options

### 1. Direct Booking Link

The direct booking link provides a URL that opens your table reservation page.

**How to use it:**

1. Open the **Widget** tab.
2. Find the direct booking link.
3. Use the available copy option to copy the URL.
4. Open the link in a browser to test it.
5. Add the link to your website or share it through your preferred channel.

**Example:** Add a “Book a Table” link to your website's navigation menu.

### 2. Embed Script

The embed script allows you to display the reservation functionality within a page on your website.

**How to use it:**

1. Open the **Widget** tab.
2. Locate the embed script.
3. Copy the provided code.
4. Open your website's editor or content management system.
5. Add the code to the appropriate page or supported HTML/code section.
6. Save or publish the page.
7. Open the published page and test the reservation widget.

**Important:** Add the script using a website editor that supports custom code. If you are unsure where to place it, contact your website developer.

### 3. Custom Button Code

If your dashboard provides custom button code, you can use it to add a reservation button to your website.

**How to use it:**

1. Open the **Widget** tab.
2. Locate the custom button code.
3. Copy the provided code.
4. Add it to the appropriate supported code section on your website.
5. Save or publish your changes.
6. Open the published website and test the button.

The button should direct visitors to the reservation experience configured by your system.

## How to Test Your Integration

After adding a link, script, or button:

1. Open your published website.
2. Find the reservation link or button.
3. Click it to confirm that it opens the expected booking page or widget.
4. Check that the reservation form displays correctly.
5. Test the experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

## Important Notes

* Use the code provided in your dashboard rather than creating your own embed script.
* Keep the supplied code intact unless your website developer needs to make a supported adjustment.
* Some website builders restrict custom scripts or HTML. Check your platform's requirements if the widget does not appear.
* If you update your website, test the reservation integration again.
* The exact installation steps depend on your website platform.

## Final Checklist

* The correct booking link or code has been copied.
* The link, embed script, or button has been added to the intended page.
* The website changes have been published.
* The reservation form opens and displays correctly.
* The integration has been tested on desktop and mobile.
