# How to Search Catering Enquiries

# How to Search Catering Enquiries

## Overview

Ressto allows you to search catering enquiries from the Catering dashboard using a customer's name, email address, or phone number. This helps you quickly locate a specific enquiry without manually reviewing the entire list.

## Where to Find It

Navigate to **Ressto Admin Dashboard → Catering**.

## Steps to Search Catering Enquiries

1. Open the **Catering** section from the left sidebar.
2. Locate the search field with the placeholder **“Search name, email, phone...”**.
3. Enter the customer's name, email address, or phone number.
4. Review the matching enquiries displayed in the results.
5. Check the available information in the table:
   * **Customer:** Customer name and email address.
   * **Event Date:** Date of the catering event.
   * **Headcount:** Number of guests requested.
   * **Type:** Delivery or pickup.
   * **Status:** Current enquiry status.
   * **Received:** Date and time the enquiry was received.
6. To view an enquiry's details, click the **eye icon** at the end of its row.

## Important Notes

* The search field supports searching by customer name, email address, or phone number.
* Use the status tabs — **All, New, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled** — to narrow the list by enquiry status.
* Searching for an enquiry does not change its status or modify its details.

## Quick Checklist

* Opened the Catering dashboard.
* Entered a customer name, email address, or phone number.
* Reviewed the matching results.
* Opened the required enquiry using the eye icon, if needed.
