# How to Export Orders as CSV

## Overview

You can download your order history as a CSV (spreadsheet) file at any time. This is useful for keeping records, doing accounting, or analysing your sales data in a tool like Excel or Google Sheets.

## How to Export

1. Go to **Orders** in the left sidebar.
2. Use the **date range** and **service type** filters to narrow down the orders you want to export. For example, select **Last 30 Days** and **All Service Types** to export a full month of orders.
3. Click the **Export CSV** button in the top-right corner.
4. Your browser will download the CSV file automatically.

| Tip: Apply filters before exporting. The CSV will only include the orders currently showing in your filtered list — not all orders ever.
