# How to Create a Restaurant Manager Account

## Overview

The **Restaurant manager login** account type provides full access to every feature in the dashboard. Unlike a Staff login account, it does not require individual permission selection.

Only one restaurant manager account is allowed per restaurant.

## Where to Find It

Navigate to **Settings → Team & Permissions**.

## Steps to Create a Restaurant Manager Account

### 1. Open the Add Account Window

1. Navigate to **Settings → Team & Permissions**..
2. Click **+ Add** in the top-right corner.
3. Open the **Account type** dropdown.
4. Select **Restaurant manager login**.

### 2. Enter the Account Details

Complete the following fields:

* **Full Name:** Enter the manager's full name.
* **Email:** Enter the email address the manager will use to log in.
* **Password:** Enter the initial password for the account.

### 3. Review Account Access

After selecting Restaurant manager login, the form displays an information message confirming that the restaurant manager receives full access to every feature and does not require permission selection.

Review the account type before continuing.

### 4. Create the Account

1. Verify the full name, email address, and password.
2. Confirm that **Restaurant manager login** is selected.
3. Click **Create Member**.

The account will then appear in the Staff list.

## Important Notes

* Only one restaurant manager account is allowed per restaurant.
* Restaurant manager accounts receive full access to every feature.
* No individual permission selection is required.
* Multiple accounts can be created using the Staff login account type, which provides limited access.
* If a restaurant manager account already exists, review the existing Staff list before attempting to create another one.

## Quick Checklist

* Opened **Settings → Team & Permissions**..
* Clicked **+ Add**.
* Selected **Restaurant manager login**.
* Entered the manager's full name, email, and password.
* Reviewed the full-access information message.
* Clicked **Create Member**.
