The Catering settings page provides the following form fields:

* **Full name:** Always shown.
* **Email:** Can be shown or hidden and marked as required.
* **Phone:** Can be shown or hidden and marked as required.
* **Event details:** Can be shown or hidden and marked as required.
* **Type (delivery / pickup):** Can be shown or hidden.
* **Delivery address:** Can be shown or hidden and marked as required.
* **Invoice details:** Can be shown or hidden.

### 2. Show or Hide a Field

1. Open the Catering settings page.
2. Locate the field you want to configure.
3. Use its **Show** toggle to control whether it appears on the form, where that toggle is available.
4. Repeat for any other fields you want to configure.

### 3. Mark a Field as Required

For fields with a **Required** toggle:

1. Locate the relevant field.
2. Enable or disable the **Required** toggle according to your form requirements.
3. Check that the setting matches your intended form configuration.

The Full name field is always shown, and the Type and Invoice details fields have Show controls rather than Required controls in the displayed settings.

### 4. Configure Custom Fields

The **Custom fields** section lets you add additional fields to the catering enquiry form.

1. Locate the Custom fields section.
2. Click **+ Add custom field**.
3. Enter a field label.
4. Select a field type from the available dropdown options.
5. Configure whether the field is required.
6. Repeat if you need additional custom fields.

Use the delete icon beside a custom field to remove it if it is no longer needed.

### 5. Save Your Changes

After adjusting the standard fields and custom fields, click **Save changes** to save the configuration.

## Verify the Form

After saving, open the catering storefront and review the enquiry form. Confirm that the intended fields are visible and that required fields are configured correctly.

## Important Notes

* Available Required controls differ by field.
* Custom fields support the field types available in the dropdown.
* Saving the settings does not replace checking the storefront form to verify the result.
