# How to Configure Order Alert Sounds

## Overview

The **Order Alert Sound** setting lets you choose the notification sound used for order alerts in the dashboard. You can preview the available sounds and select the one you prefer.

## Where to Find It

Navigate to **Settings → Order Handling → Auto Actions**.

## Steps to Change the Order Alert Sound

### 1. Locate the Order Alert Sound Setting

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Navigate to **Settings → Order Handling.**
3. Select the **Auto Actions** tab.
4. Locate the **Order Alert Sound** section.

### 2. Choose a Sound

The settings page provides the following sound options:

* **Classic ping**
* **Pager beeps**
* **Tick tack**
* **Tring**

Select the sound you want to use.

### 3. Preview the Sound

1. Click the **play icon** beside the sound option.
2. Listen to the preview.
3. Repeat for other options if you want to compare them.
4. Select your preferred sound.

### 4. Save Your Selection

1. Review the selected sound.
2. Click **Save** in the Order Alert Sound section.
3. Confirm that your selection is saved.

## Important Notes

* Preview the available sounds before selecting one.
* Choose the sound that best suits your notification preferences.
* If the selected sound does not appear to take effect, revisit the settings and verify that your selection was saved.
