# How to Configure Multiple Pickup Time Slots

|| You can configure multiple pickup time slots if your restaurant offers takeaway service during different periods of the day.

For example, you can set one pickup period for lunch and another for dinner.

### Where to Find It

**Settings → Takeaway → Pickup Hours**

### Steps

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Select **Takeaway**.
3. Open **Pickup Hours**.
4. Enable **Set different operating hours for Pickup service**.
5. Select the required day.
6. Set the first **Opening Time** and **Closing Time**.
7. Click **+ Add slot** to create another pickup period.
8. Set the opening and closing time for the additional slot.
9. Repeat this for any other days that need multiple pickup periods.
10. Save your changes.

### Example

Suppose your restaurant accepts pickup orders:

* **Lunch:** 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* **Dinner:** 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

You can configure two pickup slots for the same day:

**Slot 1:** 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
**Slot 2:** 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Customers will be able to place pickup orders according to the configured pickup availability.

### Important Note

|| If Set different operating hours for Pickup service is not enabled, the system uses the default business hours configured in Restaurant Profile.

Use multiple pickup slots when your pickup service has a break during the day or operates during different time periods.
