# How to Change or Disable a Delivery Zone

|| You can edit an existing delivery zone to update its settings or disable it when you temporarily stop offering delivery in that area.

## Where to Find It

**Settings → Delivery → Delivery Zone**

## How to Edit a Delivery Zone

1. Go to **Settings → Delivery**.
2. Open the **Delivery Zone** tab.
3. Find the zone you want to update.
4. Click **Edit zone**.
5. Update the required settings, such as:
   * Zone name and colour
   * Service area or radius
   * Minimum order value
   * Estimated delivery time
   * Delivery charges
6. Click **Save changes** to apply your updates.

## How to Disable a Delivery Zone

1. Open the **Delivery Zone** tab.
2. Find the zone you want to disable.
3. Turn off its **Active** toggle.

The zone will be disabled until you activate it again.

## How to Delete a Delivery Zone

1. Find the delivery zone you want to remove.
2. Click **Delete**.
3. Review the confirmation message, if displayed, before confirming the deletion.

||| Important: Deleting a zone is different from disabling it. If you only want to stop delivery temporarily, disable the zone instead.

## Example

Suppose your restaurant delivers to the North Zone but temporarily cannot serve that area.

You can turn off the zone's **Active** toggle. When delivery becomes available again, activate the zone instead of creating it from scratch.

## Important Notes

* Click **Save changes** after editing zone settings.
* Review the service area and delivery charges before saving.
* Disable a zone for a temporary change; delete it only when you no longer need it.
